Software With Ease

Software With Ease provides application development solutions and system integration services for organizations. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Software With Ease is based in Rochester, New York and around since 2001. You can read more at softwarewithease.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Software With Ease, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
