Software & Scanning Services

Software & Scanning Services provides comprehensive data management solutions via geographic information systems. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Data Management, Geospatial and Information Services. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Software & Scanning Services is based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Their site is sssgis.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
