Software MSP

Software MSP offers IT solutions for non-profits, focusing on flexibility, scalability, and tailored customer needs. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cyber Security. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Software MSP is based in Lake Forest, California. More on softmsp.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Software MSP well, your review carries weight here.
