Software Merchant

Software Merchant provides mobile application development solutions. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Mobile Apps. Software Merchant is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania and founded in 1997. You can read more at softwaremerchant.com.
