Software 911

Software 911 is a software developer that specializes in point of sale(POS) software solutions. In practice that means connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and operators. Related areas on their profile: Consumer Electronics and Robotics. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Software 911 is based in Delray Beach, Florida. Their site is 911software.com.

Before you commit, look at hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Software 911, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
