Softtune Technologies

Softtune Technologies is a software company that offers IT integration, project management, and staff augmentation services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Project Management and Staffing Agency. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Softtune Technologies is based in Itasca, Illinois. Their site is softtunetech.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Softtune Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
