Softspace

Here is Softspace in plain terms. Inventing a powerful new kind of tool for thought. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

Who is it for? Mostly teams that want fewer tools. Alongside the main category they mention Collaboration, Productivity Tools and Virtual Reality. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Softspace is based in San Mateo, California. More on soft.space.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
