Softproneo

Softproneo is a software company that offers digital services for all types of businesses. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Softproneo is based in New York, New York. Their site is softproneo.us.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Softproneo well, your review carries weight here.
