softkeyukraine

Softkey is a webshop that sells licensed software and hardware equipment. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Hardware. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

softkeyukraine is based in Kyiv, Kyyiv. Their site is softkey.ua.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with softkeyukraine, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
