Socket Bot

Socket Bot is an industrial engineering company that offers project management and software development services to solve programs. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Socket Bot is based in Austin, Texas and around since 2014. You can read more at socketbot.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
