SOAR LMSi

SOAR LMSi offers an intelligent LMS for selling online courses and managing learning services across various industries. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list E-Learning and MOOC, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SOAR LMSi is based in Jackson, Wyoming. More on soarlms.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
