Smith Consulting

Smith Consulting deals with services in web design, ERP, CRM, managed IT and custom software development. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list CRM, Cyber Security, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SEO and Web Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Smith Consulting is based in Laguna Niguel, California. You can read more at smith-consulting.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
