SMCI

Here is SMCI in plain terms. Software Management Consultants is an IT solutions leader in the many business communities they serve. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

SMCI is based in Glendale, California and around since 1983. Their site is smci.com.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
