SmartCom Consultants

SmartCom Consultants is an international executive search firm also offering network services and software development consulting. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SmartCom Consultants is based in Boston, Massachusetts. You can read more at smart-comm.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know SmartCom Consultants well, your review carries weight here.
