Smart Planet Software

Smart Planet Software is an information technology and service-based company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Customer Service. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Smart Planet Software is based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. You can read more at smartplanetsoftware.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Smart Planet Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
