Smart Mocha

Smart Mocha is a hardware and software company creating the world's simplest and most customizable remote monitoring solution. In practice that means moving data between systems on a schedule without hand-built scripts.

The natural audience is data and ops teams. They also list Analytics, Big Data and Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Smart Mocha is based in Portland, Oregon. Their site is smartmocha.com.

Before you commit, look at connector coverage, sync frequency, and row-based pricing. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Smart Mocha, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
