Smart Drive Labs

Smart Drive Labs is one of the software development firms that provides enterprise solutions and consulting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Human Resources, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Smart Drive Labs is based in Houston, Texas. More on sdlglobe.com.
