Smart Cosmos

Smart Cosmos digitizes their products so they can provide complete transparency, traceability, and sensor monitoring. In practice that means running an online store from catalog to checkout.

It makes the most sense for retailers and brands. They also list Retail, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Smart Cosmos is based in Westerville, Ohio. More on smartcosmos.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Smart Cosmos, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
