Smart Button

Smart Button is a custom software development company. Our mission is to provide a high-quality user-friendly loyalty and rewards program that can improve customer relationships. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very large team, 5,000+ people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Smart Button is based in Newark, Delaware. Their site is smartbutton.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Smart Button, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
