SLS Solutions

SLS Solutions offers IT services, IT consulting, and software development, with a focus on government technology initiatives. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing, Consulting and Data Integration, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SLS Solutions is based in Vienna, Virginia. More on slssolutions.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with SLS Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
