Slingshot Data Labs

Slingshot Data Labs offers business technology solutions and certified FileMaker development services for small to medium-sized businesses. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Business Development, Consulting and Cyber Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Slingshot Data Labs is based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Their site is slingshotdatalabs.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
