SkyKnack

SkyKnack is a software company that specializes in ERP development, training, consulting, and implementation services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Developer Platform and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SkyKnack is based in Coral Gables, Florida. You can read more at skyknack.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know SkyKnack well, your review carries weight here.
