SkillSmart

SkillSmart transforms lives by empowering employers, job seekers, and education providers to trade in a currency of skills. In practice that means delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. They also list Employment, Skill Assessment and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
