Skillsight

Skillsight is an IT firm that provides efficient data integration, business intelligence, middleware, ERP, and software solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Intelligence, Data Integration and Professional Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Skillsight is based in Tampa, Florida. More on skillsight.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
