Skillist

Skillist is a venture-backed, mission-driven startup that connects untapped talent to in-demand jobs. The job it does: keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. They also list Career Planning, Human Resources and Skill Assessment, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Skillist is based in Boston, Massachusetts and around since 2016. More on skillist.co.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
