Sketchfab

Sketchfab provides a platform to publish and find 3D models online. Put simply, it is about running an online store from catalog to checkout.

It makes the most sense for retailers and brands. Related areas on their profile: 3D Technology, E-Commerce, Real Estate and Real Time. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Sketchfab is based in New York, New York. You can read more at sketchfab.com.

Before you commit, look at transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Sketchfab, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
