SiteWarming

SiteWarming turns parked domains into living digital assets, discoverable, growing, and ready to build, sell, or partner. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SiteWarming is based in Austin, Texas. Their site is sitewarming.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
