Sites Computer Resources

Sites Computer Resources is a full-service computer technology firm that offers information technology support to home offices and users. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing, Consulting and Small and Medium Businesses, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Sites Computer Resources is based in Burlington, Massachusetts. You can read more at scr.cloud.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
