SITEC

SITEC specializes in design, development, testing, technological solutions, system engineering and management consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SITEC is based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland and around since 2007. You can read more at mysitec.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used SITEC? Rate it.
