Single Sourcing Solutions Inc

Single-Sourcing Solutions is a provider of PTC's Arbortext software and certified training services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Single Sourcing Solutions Inc is based in Sunnyvale, California. You can read more at single-sourcing.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Single Sourcing Solutions Inc, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
