Sinew Solutions LLC

Sinew Solutions is an advanced technology firm focused on providing quality solutions for medium to large organizations. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services, Mobile Apps and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Sinew Solutions LLC is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and founded in 2008. Their site is sinewsolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Sinew Solutions LLC, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
