SimpSol

SimpSol is an information technology consulting and procurement services firm. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SimpSol is based in Romeoville, Illinois and around since 2000. Their site is simpsol.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with SimpSol, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
