Simppler's match-making technology makes it easy for companies to find and hire the outstanding people in their employee's network. The job it does: keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. They also list Big Data, Human Resources, Recruiting and Social Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
