Simplify IT A-Z

SimplifyIT A-Z offers IT consulting and services, including Disaster Recovery, Wireless Engineering, and Cloud Solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Wireless, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Simplify IT A-Z is based in Phoenix, Arizona and founded in 2017. More on simplifyita-z.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
