Simple Build Group

SimpleBuild provides a web-based construction management software tool for custom home builders and re-modelers. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Simple Build Group is based in Chicago, Illinois and around since 2011. More on thesimplebuild.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
