SIL4 Systems

In an uncertain world, we at SIL4 Systems are dedicated to building a SAFER TOMORROW to one project at a time, one product at a time. That is the short version of SIL4 Systems. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Hardware. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SIL4 Systems is based in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. You can read more at sil4systems.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with SIL4 Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
