Sierra Miles Group

Sierra Miles Group, LLC offers IT services for small to medium-sized businesses in Northern Nevada. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Sierra Miles Group is based in Reno, Nevada and around since 2015. Their site is sierramiles.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
