Sierra Digital

Sierra Digital is a software company specializes in SAP consulting and software services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Data Integration, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and IT Management. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Sierra Digital is based in Houston, Texas and founded in 2002. Their site is sierradigitalinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
