Sierra Consulting

Sierra Consulting offers consulting, information technology, data management, and business process management services to several companies. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Data Management and Staffing Agency. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Sierra Consulting is based in Itasca, Illinois. Their site is sierraconsult.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Sierra Consulting, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
