SicommNet

SicommNet provides government agency and private sector e-procurement software solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Electronics, Procurement and Supply Chain Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SicommNet is based in Carlsbad, California and founded in 1998. Their site is sicomm.net.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with SicommNet, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
