Showcase

Showcase is a web and iOS app enabling scaling teams to discover talent using short videos. In practice that means keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources, iOS, Mobile, Mobile Apps and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Showcase is based in New York, New York and around since 2019. You can read more at getshowcase.io.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Showcase well, your review carries weight here.
