ShopBoss

ShopBoss is an Auto Shop software management system that offers a web-based approach to managing its users' shops. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ShopBoss is based in Poway, California and founded in 2012. Their site is shopboss.net.
