ShopAgain is an AI-powered platform that helps Shopify stores improve their customer retention in auto-pilot. ShopAgain. The job it does: building, training and deploying machine learning models.

It makes the most sense for data science teams. They also list E-Commerce and Machine Learning, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with.
