Shifttocloud

Shifttocloud Inc. offers data recovery, migration, and email signature services for Microsoft 365 and Exchange. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: E-Signature. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Shifttocloud is based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. More on shifttocloud.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
