Shift Bias

Shift provides VR and AI-based training that allows people to recognize their own biases and gain tools to address them. Put simply, it is about delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

It makes the most sense for HR, training teams and educators. Alongside the main category they mention Training and Virtual Reality. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Shift Bias is based in Bend, Oregon. Their site is shiftbias.com.
