Shield Consulting Solutions

Shield Consulting Solutions is a small government contractor that specializes in the placement of fully cleared software. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Shield Consulting Solutions is based in Columbia, Maryland. More on shieldconsulting.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Shield Consulting Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
