Shepherd Technologies offers cloud-based talent management solutions that allow organizations to transform their workforce and productivity. The job it does: running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

Who is it for? Mostly developers and businesses of every size. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Management. As a large product team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.
