Who is it for? Mostly people teams and managers. Related areas on their profile: Application Performance Management, Cloud Computing, UX Design and Web Design. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Before you commit, look at review templates, goal tracking, and anonymity options. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with SharpHat, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
