Sharp Infotech

Sharp Infotech is an IT business solutions company providing software development services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Sharp Infotech is based in Frisco, Texas. You can read more at sharpitco.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Sharp Infotech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
