Shammam Consulting Services

Shammam Consulting Services provides software development, process engineering, hosting, Microsoft 365, and managed services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Service Industry and Web Hosting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Shammam Consulting Services is based in San Diego, California and founded in 2004. More on shammamconsulting.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Shammam Consulting Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
